I’m Marcelina Robledo, LSSBB. As a Film Programmer, Digital Marketer, and Foundation Program Director, I help film festivals optimize their operations, build high-converting marketing engines, and scale their community impact into rural markets.

I am an entrepreneurial strategist who lives at the intersection of process improvement, visual storytelling, and community development. Over the past decade, my career has spanned commercial media networks, corporate training, digital agency leadership, and philanthropic administration.

Currently, I serve as the Program Director for the Community Foundation for White County, where I lead grantmaking systems, community-based programs, and youth philanthropy initiatives. This role gives me a unique, inside-out understanding of how to build sustainable partnerships with major civic agencies, school systems, and non-profits.

I combine this civic expertise with my deep love for independent cinema, serving on the programming and marketing teams for trailblazing festivals like Over-the-Rhine Film Festival and Light Reel Film Festival.
